When can I expect my order?

For items in stock, the rule is: ordered before 23:00 is next day delivery.

The delivery time has passed but I have not received my order yet, what now?

What are the shipping costs?

Our shipping is free and ordered before 23:00 is delivered tomorrow!

Yes, this is possible. You can return your order to us within 30 days.

Where do I find my Track and Trace code?

You will find this in the confirmation email that we send you when your order is placed. 

Airtrack

My Airtrack is slowly draining, how is that possible?

It is not unusual for an Airtrack to need a pressure control. Especially outdoors, you may need to adjust the pressure several times a day. This is not because it leaks; it's just a natural reaction. (Hot air takes up more space than cold air).

For example, if you pump up your Airtrack in colder weather, the pressure will rise when the sun shines. The reverse is also true: the Airtrack loses pressure when it is inflated in the sun and the there remains. This may seem like a lot when you go from a hot summer day to a cool night, so don't worry that it's leaking - it's not.

If the Airtrack is losing unusually high pressure, the problem is with the valve and it's too loose. Try to tighten the valve as tight as possible with the valve tool provided with the repair kit.
