ProCutter 2.0 – a new generation of laser cutting heads

The new ProCutter 2.0 Series delivers superior performance and

automated performance. ProCutter 2.0 with a maximum power of

15kW+ will usher in a new era of laser cutting – faster, simpler, more

efficient and more durable. The newly designed cutting head gas path

enables high quality and faster cutting.

More importantly, it also provides a wider parameter window, making

it easier to get the best cutting parameters. On the other hand, ProCutter 2.0

is ready for Industry 4.0. It can be docked to automatically change nozzle

equipment, making production more automated and more efficient. Built-in

updated sensors detect lens contamination and condensation in the cutting

head and send an alarm signal. All test data can be read on the mobile

terminal through the wireless network, which is convenient for the user to

monitor the running state of the cutting head.

The ProCutter APP allows the status of the laser cutting head and the

error query to be visualized.
