LIGHTCUTTER – cutting system designed for flat and grooved

LightCutter is a cost-effective cutting head with a maximum power

of 4kW. It enables oxygen cutting of 20mm stainless steel or aluminum

and 25mm carbon steel for superior cutting results.

Depending on the cutting application, LightCutter has different configurations

to choose from. LightCutter is suitable for flat and tube and bevel cutting;

LightCutter 3D can perform complex cutting of pipes, profiles and profiles

up to a 45° bevel profile. Both models can be configured to automatically

adjust the focus position (auto focus).

The dust-proof LightCutter has two protective mirrors to protect the optica

l lens from contamination, spatter, dust, metal powder and dirty gases.

This protection ensures reliable and long-lasting work on the cutting head.

At the same time, the sealed protective mirror drawer can be easily and

quickly replaced with protective lenses to increase production efficiency.
