It is possible that you are not satisfied with your purchase. If this is the case, you can return your purchase within 30 days from the day after receipt of your purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to guide you through the return of your order. The costs for returning are borne by the buyer of the items. Returns can only be accepted in new condition and original packaging.
Where do we go from here?
We will email you when we have received the items. We will then refund the purchase amount. You will be refunded with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction. The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days. If you have not received it within this period, please contact our customer service.
Received a damaged, defective or ''incorrect item?
Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item? Please send an email with your name, address, telephone and order number, and an explanation of the defect you have found and, if possible, a photo to our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then try to resolve the issue for you, if possible, without you having to return the product.
It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you experienced it. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint to our customer service. This can be done by email.
